Covered Software definition

Covered Software means Source Code Form to which the initial Contributor has attached the notice in Exhibit A, the Executable Form of such Source Code Form, and Modifications of such Source Code Form, in each case including portions thereof.
Covered Software means (a) the Original Software, or (b) Modifications, or (c) the combination of files containing Original Software with files containing Modifications, in each case including portions thereof.
Covered Software any unique intellectual property, including but not limited to operating systems, databases, applications, updates, tools, diagnostics, firmware, patches, fixes, and documentation thereof which is detailed in the Onboarding Document and accepted by Abtech for or on which Abtech agrees to provide Service.

Examples of Covered Software in a sentence

  • At any time, Client may call Abtech regarding use of Covered Software.

  • Abtech’s engineers shall assist Client via telephone in the use of Covered Software products, identify problems and provide fixes and workarounds, if possible.

  • If applicable a document produced by Abtech that itemizes Covered Hardware, Covered Software, schedules for service delivery (including but not limited to patch, downtime, and backup windows), site access data, escalation plan, etc.

  • The complete Client environment initially listed in Schedule A to include Covered Hardware and Covered Software and any subsequent amendments modifying Schedule A and accepted by Abtech for which Abtech agrees to provide Service.

  • Software support does not include the distribution of any third party Intellectual Property, training Client staff that does not have a base level understanding of the Covered Software, or data recovery.


More Definitions of Covered Software

Covered Software means the licensed software for which maintenance services shall be provided including all documentation provided or made available;
Covered Software means the Visual Communications Software eligible to receive Maintenance Service.

Covered Software a computer program, or a module or component of a computer program, or functions and features of a computer program distributed or made available to You by Autodesk, which you have licensed from Autodesk pursuant to the terms and conditions of the applicable Autodesk Software License and for which You have purchased current Subscription as listed on Your Subscription order confirmations or license identification, as applicable. Any supplemental software code (which may include modular additions or extensions to Covered Software, Hotfixes, executables, libraries, plug-ins, enhancements or other software functionality which supplements or enhances that Covered Software) and which do not require separate Installation and cannot function independently of the Covered Software provided to You or Your Users as part of the Subscription and/or Support is deemed to be part of the Covered Software for which such code was provided unless otherwise specified by Autodesk.
