Minor Failure definition

Minor Failure means any failure to meet two or fewer Service Level Targets as described in the SLA, in any single Reporting Period, or any other failure explicitly identified as such elsewhere within the Contract.
Minor Failure. Any failure of Products provided by Reach that is not included in the definition of a Major Failure. Supported Non-Reach Devices:

An additional clause 6.5.3A shall be added: Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Contract, if the Contractor commits: a Minor Failure it shall prepare and submit to the Customer a recovery plan detailing the causes of the failure and setting out the corrective action which the Contractor intends to implement (a “Recovery Plan”); or a Major Failure it shall prepare and submit to the Customer a Recovery Plan and its representatives must meet with the Customer to discuss the corrective action at the earliest opportunity.
