  • Except, as otherwise provided under Article VIII, Section (6) of this Plan, no Regular Benefit, Leveling Week Benefit, Alternate Benefit or Separation Payment shall be subject in any way to alienation, sale, transfer, assignment, pledge, attachment, garnishment, execution or encumbrance of any kind other than an Authorization for Check-Off of Dues, and any attempt to accomplish the same shall be void.
