Work in the Plant Sample Clauses

Work in the Plant. 2.4 a. Technical, production, service, all maintenance and repair work, all installation, replacement and reconstruction of equipment and productive facilities, other than that listed in Subparagraph B-1-b below, all within the plant, may be contracted out if (a) the consistent practice has been to have such work performed by employees of contractors and (b) it is more reasonable (within the meaning of paragraph C of this Section) for the Company to contract out such work than to use its own employees.
