LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan definition

LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan means any Swingline Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Market Index Rate.
LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan means Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based on the LIBOR Market Index Rate.
LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Market Index Rate as provided in Section 4.1(a).

  • If the date upon which an Alternate Base Rate Loan is to be converted to a LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan or a LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan is to be converted to an Alternate Base Rate Loan is not a Business Day, then such conversion shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • If the Borrower shall fail to specify in any such Notice of Borrowing (I) an applicable Interest Period in the case of a LIBOR Rate Loan, then such notice shall be deemed to be a request for an Interest Period of one month, or (II) the type of Revolving Loan requested, then such notice shall be deemed to be a request for a LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan hereunder.
