If the date upon which an Alternate Base Rate Loan is to be converted to a LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan or a LIBOR Market Index Rate Loan is to be converted to an Alternate Base Rate Loan is not a Business Day, then such conversion shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.
