RESORT RULES. In exchange for use of Woodsong RV Resort facilities, Camper agrees to abide by the following rules, and will insure guests also adhere to the rules and accept responsibility for their guests actions. Failure to comply with these rules and policies is a breach of this agreement and will result in termination of the Camper’s agreement without refund regardless of when the breach occurs. Termination of the agreement requires an immediate departure from Woodsong property.

RESORT RULES. In exchange for use of Woodsong RV Resort facilities, Camper agrees to abide by the following rules, and will insure guests also adhere to the rules and accept responsibility for their guests actions. Failure to comply with these rules and policies is a breach of this agreement and will result in termination of the Camper’s Agreement without refund regardless of when the breach occurs. Termination of the Agreement requires an immediate departure from Woodsong property. Safety ¼ The speed limit within Woodsong is 5 MPH. ¼ Do not drive around the speed bumps. ¼ Violations: immediate $5 fine; 2nd violation is $50; 3rd violation is termination of Agreement without refund. Notification of violations may be done via text message or verbally and are not disputable. Violations will be added to Seasonal guests site charges. Failure/refusal to pay will result in termination of Agreement. ¼ All guests, service providers and visitors must be registered with the office prior to admittance. Guests may visit FREE except if they fail to register prior to entrance. Failure to register PRIOR to entrance results in $7.50 fee per person. ¼ No gas or battery powered vehicles are allowed except for your personal passenger vehicles. Passenger vehicles are not meant to provide transport around the park but are to be used strictly upon entrance and exit of Woodsong. ¼ Seasonal guests with disabilities or health issues requiring a motorized cart for mobility may request this rule be waived. Only those listed on the agreement may ride with the seasonal guest given permission to use a motorized cart. ¼ Bicycles ridden after dark should have appropriate lights and reflectors. Campsites ¼ Only one family, one RV, and no more than two vehicles are allowed per campsite. ¼ Firewood must be Divine certified. Wood must be sourced with 75 miles of Woodsong and from a northern direction. Wood may be seized or a $100 fine imposed at Woodsong’s option for wood sourced outside these guidelines. ¼ No use of fireworks or firearms are allowed in Woodsong at any time. ¼ Do not leave trash at the campsite or in the fire ring. Trash is to be placed in sealed plastic bags and put in the dumpsters. The dumpsters are for scraps and garbage from daily living. Do not dispose of any other items without Woodsong approval. ¼ Permanent clotheslines are not allowed. Pets ¼ Dogs deemed dangerous are not allowed at Woodsong. RESORT RULES. The following rules were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance, with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind. Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary. Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. PROPERTY RULESThe property speed limit is 7 MPH. This is strictly enforced • All guests must abide by the one-way direction of roadways throughout the property. This also applies to golf carts. (Only Live Oak Landing employees can drive the opposite direction as needed) • Excessively loud vehicles, motorcycles, etc. are not allowed. Please be courteous to all guests by not unnecessarily revving your engine. And, please be mindful of other guests when warming your diesel engines, especially during quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am • Curbside trash pick-up is offered twice daily during designated times only. The pickup times will be provided upon arrival. DO NOT place trash on your curbside outside of the designated hours. There are dumpsters near the exit of the property for your convenience • Landscaping and maintenance equipment including mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, saws, and other tools will be used on site as needed. Landscaping and other maintenance repairs are necessary duties to keep the property in excellent condition. Please do not interfere with these tasks or disturb our team by asking them to move away from your site or come back at a different time. We will always perform these duties during regular business hours no earlier than 8 am and we try our best to avoid using loud equipment on weekends. However, these tasks must be performed at the time the team is available and it cannot be scheduled on a case by case basis or by guest requests • Sleeping in personal vehicles is not allowed anywhere on site, at any time of day • Inappropriate/vulgar language and music are not allowed in any common areas of the property or within earshot of another guest site. Please be considerate of all guests on property and avoid loud music that may affect another guest’s stay • Disrespectful or aggressive behavior toward another guest or any Live Oak Landing employee may result in immediate eviction • All Resort Rules will be enforced.   • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared.
