Licensed Clergy definition

Licensed Clergy means all Clergy licensed to and actually engaged in a definite sphere of work within the Diocese, whether parochial or otherwise, and whether stipendiary or non-stipendiary, and shall include Clergy holding the Bishop's license and serving in Her Majesty's Canadian Armed forces, either inside or outside the Diocese, but shall not include Clergy that only hold:
Licensed Clergy means and includes any person in Holy Orders holding the Archbishop's licence to any special charge or cure or to the performance of any spiritual duty or service within the Diocese;

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.
