Licensor Products definition

Licensor Products means collectively the Cloud Services, Professional Services, Software, and Support and Maintenance.
Licensor Products means products that Licensor manufactures, distributes, or sells under a Licensed Trademark that are not Licensed Products.
Licensor Products means the "Products" as that term is defined in the Licensor Contribution Agreement.

  • Customer hereby grants to Licensor a perpetual, non-cancelable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to utilize any data that arises from the use of the Licensor Products and Services by Customer whether disclosed on or prior to the Effective Date for any legitimate purpose, including the right to sublicense such data to third parties, subject to all legal restrictions regarding the use and disclosure of such information.

  • Neither Party is and shall not represent itself to be a subsidiary, affiliate, legal representative, agent, employee, or partner of the other Party or otherwise connected with the other Party, except Licensee as an independent distributor of the Licensor Products in Shop-within-a-Shops, and neither Party shall have the authority to assume, create or incur any obligation or liability on behalf of the other Party.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Licensor may collect information about Customer’s use of Licensor Products or Services.


More Definitions of Licensor Products

Licensor Products means any Application, Software, Services, Deliverables, Equipment or other related materials that are licensed, purchased or otherwise acquired by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement.
Licensor Products means any and all products and services of the Licensor Business.
Licensor Products means those products that are sourced by or on behalf of Licensor for retail sale on Licensor’s Bed, Bath & Beyond e-commerce site, xxxxxxxxx.xxx and such other branded retail channels as further described in the Collaboration Agreement.

Licensor Products means Licensor's remote surveillance module ("RSM") products, which exist as of the Effective Date, and related Documentation, which are the following: RS-232Pod, RSM-700, RSM-1500, RSM-1500E, RSM-1500xp, RSM-1600 (including version 2.4), RSM-3000, VC1050 and, when completed, RSM-2000.
Licensor Products means any Third Party Licensor software, service, or technology and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, including without limitation, any worldwide copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, patent applications, moral rights, contract rights, and other proprietary rights that are made available in connection with the Services.
