Life Policies definition

Life Policies means collectively (a) the Borrower’s life insurance policies maintained on the life of each of Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, (b) any other life insurance policy of the Borrower maintained on the life of an officer of the Borrower and (c) and any life insurance policy maintained on the life of an officer of the Borrower held in trust acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion and subject to collateral assignment documentation in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.”
Life Policies set forth in Annex I of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Life Policies means any policy of life insurance, endowment policy and/or term assurance over which a Borrower has granted (whether by way of assignment or deposit) a (legal or equitable) charge (if any) by way of collateral security for the payment of moneys secured by the relevant Mortgage;

Life Policies and “Policies” are added to the definitions in Section 1.1 of the Sales Agreement and shall mean Contracts which are life insurance policies.
Life Policies means any policies of life insurance or assurance in which the Company may now or at any time hereafter have an interest, including any specified in part 1 of schedule 5;

  • life policy means a contract in terms of which a person, in return for a premium, undertakes to -

  • Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.
