Examples of Limited Notice to Proceed in a sentence
The Contractor shall begin the Work within 10 days of the date set by the Owner in the written Notice to Proceed or Limited Notice to Proceed, as applicable, but in any event, the Contractor shall notify the Owner at least 24 hours in advance of the time actual construction operations will begin.
The Notice to Proceed or Limited Notice to Proceed, as applicable, shall state the date on which it is expected the Contractor will begin the Work and from which date Contract Time will be charged.
Contractor shall not proceed with any other, further or additional Work not specifically identified in the Limited Notice to Proceed, until SMUD has issued a Notice to Proceed as to all of the Work or a subsequent Limited Notice to Proceed as to some additional portion of the Work.
