LNTP Work definition

LNTP Work means the Work, if any, defined by the Parties by Change Order which shall be performed upon issuance of the LNTP.
LNTP Work means the Work, if any, defined by the Parties by Change Order which shall be performed upon issuance of any LNTP (including LNTP No.1, LNTP No. 2 and LNTP No. 3).
LNTP Work means the Work, if any, which shall be performed upon issuance of any LNTP (including LNTP Xx. 0, XXXX Xx. 0 and LNTP No. 3).

Examples of LNTP Work in a sentence

  • Contractor shall not, and shall not be obligated to, commence performance of the Work (other than the LNTP Work) until Owner issues the full notice to proceed (“Notice to Proceed” or “NTP”) authorizing the same pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Upon Contractor’s receipt from Owner of the limited notice to proceed (“Limited Notice to Proceed” or “LNTP”), Contractor shall promptly commence with the performance of the portion of the Work specified in such LNTP; provided that the Parties have executed a Change Order defining the LNTP Work.

  • Owner shall be in compliance with its other obligations set forth in Article 4 as necessary for the performance of the LNTP Work.

  • If the Parties execute a Change Order for LNTP Work, the Parties will include in such Change Order agreed upon insurance coverages for such LNTP Work.

  • The portion of the Contract Price payable for the LNTP Work shall be made in accordance with the Payment Schedule set forth in Attachment C (as may be amended by Change Order) and the applicable provisions of Article 7.


More Definitions of LNTP Work

LNTP Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
LNTP Work means the minimal amount of the Work that Contractor, in its sole discretion, deems necessary to ensure that Contractor is able to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Schedule and all Milestone Dates; provided that Contractor shall exert commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the amount of LNTP Work needed. Owner shall be obligated to pay Contractor for Contractor’s actual and substantiated costs reasonably incurred by Contractor in performing the LNTP Work with no markup or overhead; provided that in no event shall Owner’s liability in connection with the LNTP Work exceed Two Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) (“LNTP Work Cost Cap”). Contractor shall invoice Owner for the LNTP Work in accordance with Section 6.3 and shall provide reasonable supporting evidence regarding any invoiced amounts. Owner shall pay any undisputed amounts due in connection with the LNTP Work in accordance with Section 6.5. For the avoidance of doubt, any amounts paid by Owner in connection with the LNTP Work shall be credited against the Contract Price.
LNTP Work means the Work, if any, defined by the Parties by Change Order which shall be performed upon issuance of the LNTP. “Louisiana Sales and Use Tax” means Louisiana state, parish and local-option sales and use tax.
LNTP Work means the scope of the Work performed by Contractor as authorized in the LNTP.
LNTP Work means the Work, if any, which shall be performed upon issuance of any LNTP (including LNTP No. 1).
LNTP Work means the Work required for Seller’s delivery of the applicable drawings, specifications and designs in accordance with the schedule specified in Exhibit A-3. At any time prior to the date of issuance of the Full Notice to Proceed, NorthWestern may direct Seller’s performance of additional LNTP Work authorizing Seller to commence performance of other specified portions of the Work. Any subsequent LNTP shall specify the maximum total cost of such specified LNTP Work, Seller shall be paid for such specified Work pursuant to the payment terms set forth in the LNTP and this Contract and if necessary the parties will reasonably adjust the Milestone Payment Schedule by Change Order. For the avoidance of doubt, any amounts paid by NorthWestern in connection with the LNTP Work shall be credited against the Contract Price.
