Line Fill definition

Line Fill means the minimum quantity of product required for pressurization of a pipeline segment on Carrier’s Pipeline System before deliveries can be accommodated.
Line Fill as herein used means the total quantity of Crude Petroleum needed to occupy the physical space with the System and reasonably required by Carrier for the efficient operation of the System.
Line Fill means the static volume of Crude needed to occupy the physical space within the Operator’s System that Operator reasonably believes is necessary or prudent for the efficient operation thereof.

Examples of Line Fill in a sentence

  • The Shipper shall supply its proportionate share of Working Stock and Line Fill by types and volumes as determined from time to time by the Carrier.

  • Gathering and all other lawful charges shall be collected on the basis of the quantities of Product, including Line Fill (except as provided below), received from Shipper at each Origin Point, less the applicable loss allowance set forth in Item 25, and said quantities will be determined in the manner provided in Item 8.

  • The Gathering System Plan shall state, for each planned pipeline, the estimated volume of Line Fill that will be required in order to put such pipeline into operation.

  • However, following the expiration of a Committed Shipper’s TGSA, such Committed Shipper’s Line Fill shall be returned to Committed Shipper pursuant to the provisions set forth in subpart (C) of this Item 13.

More Definitions of Line Fill

Line Fill means the number of customers served on an access line such as 1−party, 2−party, or 4−party.
Line Fill means the volume of natural gas, natural gas liquids, condensate, liquid hydrocarbons and other constituents owned by Seller in gathering systems and pipelines.
Line Fill and “Tank Fill” means the static quantity of Crude Oil needed to occupy the physical space within the Pipeline and any applicable facilities required for Pipeline operations.
Line Fill means a pro rata share (determined by MDQ) of the physical volumes of Crude Petroleum necessary for pipeline fill on the Pipeline.
Line Fill means the Product necessary for line fill and working stock for the efficient operation of Utopia.
Line Fill means the amount of Crude Oil necessary for pipeline line fill and tankage fill required to ensure efficient operation of the System, as determined by Carrier acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator.
Line Fill means the amount of Crude Petroleum necessary for pipeline line fill and tankage fill required to ensure efficient operation of the System, as determined by Carrier, subject, in the case of a Committed Shipper, to the terms of the applicable COGA.
