Line Fill definition

Line Fill means the minimum quantity of product required for pressurization of a pipeline segment on Carrier’s Pipeline System before deliveries can be accommodated.
Line Fill as herein used means the total quantity of Crude Petroleum needed to occupy the physical space with the System and reasonably required by Carrier for the efficient operation of the System.
Line Fill means the static volume of Crude needed to occupy the physical space within the Operator’s System that Operator reasonably believes is necessary or prudent for the efficient operation thereof.

Examples of Line Fill in a sentence

  • Any notice to Shipper of additional Line Fill requirements under this Item 13(B) shall provide adequate time for Shipper to make the required Nominations under Item 6.

  • Carrier’s return of Line Fill is contingent upon Shipper’s inventory balances and all outstanding amounts due having been reconciled between Shipper and Carrier and Shipper having paid in full any amounts owed to Carrier following such reconciliation.

  • Carrier shall have a reasonable period of time to complete administrative and operational requirements incident to Shipper’s withdrawal of Line Fill.

  • Line Fill furnished by a Shipper may be withdrawn from Carrier’s System only pursuant to the terms of this Item 13(C).

  • Subject to the provisions of Item 17, Line Fill furnished by Shipper may be withdrawn from Carrier’s System under two circumstances (i) if Shipper intends to discontinue shipments on Carrier’s System for the foreseeable future and/or, (ii) if Shipper is “no longer shipping” on Carrier’s System, as described in Item 13(C)(2) below.

Line Fill means the number of customers served on an access line such as 1−party, 2−party, or 4−party.
Line Fill means the volume of natural gas, natural gas liquids, condensate, liquid hydrocarbons and other constituents owned by Seller in gathering systems and pipelines.
Line Fill means a pro rata share (determined by MDQ) of the physical volumes of Crude Petroleum necessary for pipeline fill on the Pipeline.
Line Fill and “Tank Fill” means the static quantity of Crude Oil needed to occupy the physical space within the Pipeline and any applicable facilities required for Pipeline operations.

Line Fill means the volume of Petroleum determined by Carrier required to be delivered by Shipper to provide for the commissioning and start-up of the KXL Expansion Facilities.
Line Fill means the volume of Petroleum in transit in the Pipeline System between the Receipt Point and the Delivery Point.
