Living Wage means the hourly wage established by the Living Wage Certifier from time to time during the Term, which includes: (i) direct wages; and (ii) the value of any non-mandatory benefits such as paid sick leave, employer-paid Medical Services Plan premiums and extended health benefits;
Living Wage Employee means any and all employees of the Contractor and all Subcontractors of the Contractor that perform any part of the Work on a property owned by or leased to the City, including all streets, sidewalks and other public rights of way, for at least one consecutive hour, but excluding Students, volunteers and employees of Social Enterprises;
Public Service Commission means the Public Service Commission constituted under this Constitution;
Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.
the Commission means the Charity Commission for England and Wales;
Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.
Civil Service Commission means the commission required under Section 5 of Article XI of the Michigan Constitution of 1963.
State Commission means any state regulatory agency having jurisdiction over retail electricity sales in any State in the PJM Region.
State Information Commission means the State Information Commission constituted under sub-section (1) of section 15;
Revenue Commissioners means the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland;
State Energy Commission means The State Energy Commission of Western Australia as described in section 7 of the State Energy Commission Xxx 0000;
London Living Wage means the basic hourly wage of £9.75 (before tax, other deductions and any increase for overtime) as may be updated from time to time by the Resolution Foundation, overseen by the Living Wage Commission, or any successor body carrying out the relevant calculation; Material Adverse Effect means the effect of any event or circumstance which is reasonably likely to be materially adverse to the ability of the Grant Recipient to deliver the Approved Bid or a Named Project (as the context requires) on the basis agreed under this Agreement and/or within the time limits (if any) for doing so; Milestone means the Start on Site and/or the Practical Completion stages of a Named Project as agreed by the parties and set out in OPS; Milestone Date means the date agreed by the GLA through OPS by which the relevant Milestone must have been achieved (as the same may be extended by the GLA pursuant to Condition 7.1);
College community means trustees, students, staff, faculty, and visitors on college-owned or controlled facilities.
Privacy Commissioner means the person occupying the position of Privacy Commissioner from time to time pursuant to the Privacy Xxx 0000.
Planning Commission means the City’s Planning Commission.
State health plan means the employee and retiree insurance program provided for in Article 5, Chapter 11, Title 1.
Minimum wage means wages as defined under the Minimum Wages Act-1948 and amended from time to time.
Election Assistance Commission means the commission established by Public
Central Commission means the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission referred to in sub-section (1) of section 76 of the Act;
Interstate commission means the Interstate Commission for Juveniles created by Article III of this compact.
Living Wage Certifier means the Living Wage for Families Campaign, any successor entity, or, in the event the Living Wage for Families Campaign ceases to carry on operations, such other living wage certification entity designated by the City to the Contractor in writing;
Finance commission means the Finance Commission of Texas.
Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.
Physical Therapy Compact Commission or "commission" means the national administrative body whose membership consists of all states that have enacted the compact.
Election Commission means the Election Commission appointed by the President under article 324;
Railways Commission means the Western Australian Government Railways Commission established pursuant to the Government Railways Xxx 0000;
