Living Wage Commission means a fifteen person advisory board established by the County Commission for the purpose of reviewing the effectiveness of the Living Wage Ordinance, reviewing certifications submitted by covered employers, reviewing quarterly reports on complaints filed by employees and making recommendations to the County Mayor and Commission.

Related to Living Wage Commission
