Hourly Pay Rate. The hourly rate for all employees covered under this agreement will be increased by two percent (2%) for year one of this agreement. (i.e. July 1st, 2020) The hourly rate for all employees covered under this agreement will not be increased for year two of this agreement (i.e. July 1, 2021) at this time. A wage re-opener is agreed to for further negotiation of wages for year two to be held in February 2021.
