The Local Banks shall deposit all such payments on the Receivables and any Compensating Interest into the [____________] Collection Accounts no later than the Business Day after receipt of such payments and the [____________] Banks shall deposit all such payments into the Collection Account no later than the Business Day after receipt of such payments.
