Local Software definition

Local Software means software applications incidental to the Cloud Program which are designed to operate natively on devices outside the Cloud Portal and in the Local Environment.
Local Software means the Add-In software, API software, together with any other software provided or made available from time to time by Tessian to Customer for installation by Customer in accordance with this Agreement within its own local or remote environments.
Local Software means the items of software specified in the Order as Local Software Services, which are made available to you for installation and use on computers and systems operated by you.

Local Software means software components to be installed on your, your Affiliates’, or your Authorized Userscomputer systems or mobile or other devices.

Personnel of a party means officers, employees, contractors, agents, subcontractors and professional advisors of that party, and includes officers, employees, contractors, agents and subcontractors of any subcontractor but excludes the other party. Pre-existing IPR means a person's IPR existing prior to the Commencement Date or subsequently brought into existence other than in the course of performing this agreement (including any improvements, modifications or developments of such IPR).
Local Software means any software included in the Products to be installed on Customer equipment, such as Enverus Desktop or Transform Essential, other software used to facilitate Authorized User access to the Products, and application programming interfaces (“APIs”). “Local Software” does not include third-party software.

Local Software may be provided via download or physical media or may be embedded on an Appliance.
