Location Fee definition

Location Fee means the fee payable by the Farmer to Coles as outlined in the Milk Quality and Location Fees in Schedule 4 of this Agreement. Mediation Adviser is the person appointed by the Agriculture Minister to that position under section 44 of the Dairy Industry Code. Milk means the raw milk supplied by the Farmer to Coles and includes the Required Volume and Over Milk.

More Definitions of Location Fee

Location Fee means and include without limitation any toll duty, inter-state taxes, airport terminal charges or any other charge/fee imposed by the governmental instrumentalities or any third party with regard to operation of the Vehicle (defined below) at specific locations.

Related to Location Fee

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Application Fee means the non-refundable fee required by Owner to process the Application. The Application Fee covers Owner’s time and expense in obtaining information about you such as checking your references and obtaining and reviewing your consumer report.  Administration Fee: “Administration Fee” is a one-time fee required by Owner. Otherwise, the Administration Fee shall be retained by Owner as liquidated damages, including but not limited to situations where you either: i) fail to sign this Lease Contract after approval by Owner, or ii) 72 or more hours have passed after your execution of the Application. You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).

  • Acquisition Fee means any and all fees and commissions, exclusive of Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any other Person (including any fees or commissions paid by or to any Affiliate of the Company or the Advisor) in connection with making or investing in Mortgages or the purchase, development or construction of a Property, including real estate commissions, selection fees, Development Fees, Construction Fees, nonrecurring management fees, loan fees, points or any other fees of a similar nature. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of a project.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Construction Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.
