Location Fee definition

Location Fee means the fee payable by the Farmer to Coles as outlined in the Milk Quality and Location Fees in Schedule 4 of this Agreement. Mediation Adviser is the person appointed by the Agriculture Minister to that position under section 44 of the Dairy Industry Code. Milk means the raw milk supplied by the Farmer to Coles and includes the Required Volume and Over Milk.

More Definitions of Location Fee

Location Fee means and include without limitation any toll duty, inter-state taxes, airport terminal charges or any other charge/fee imposed by the governmental instrumentalities or any third party with regard to operation of the Vehicle (defined below) at specific locations.
