Lost Output Report definition

Lost Output Report means the monthly report of Lost Output for Lost Output Events described in Subsections (a), (b), or (d) of the definition of Lost Output Event and provided in the form of the worksheet from the Lost Output Workbook prepared in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 6.06 of Attachment 1 and Exhibit K.
Lost Output Report means the monthly report of Lost Output in the form of the worksheet from the Lost Output Workbook prepared in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3.23 and Exhibit L.
Lost Output Report means the a report of Lost Output prepared in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3.16 and Exhibit M.

Examples of Lost Output Report in a sentence

  • Upon SCE’s request, Seller shall promptly provide to SCE any additional data and supporting documentation necessary for SCE to audit and verify any matters in the Lost Output Report.

  • If SCE disputes Seller’s Lost Output calculation, SCE shall provide Notice to Seller within thirty (30) days after receipt of Seller’s Lost Output Report and include SCE’s calculations and other data supporting its position.

  • Sustainability Report the annual non-financial disclosure report prepared in accordance with the Standard for Sustainability Reporting publicly reported by the Borrowers and published on an Internet or intranet website to which each Bank and the Administrative Agent have been granted access free of charge (or at the expense of the Borrowers).

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Cost Report means a report detailing all costs incurred in relation to the Activity, to be submitted by the Incubatee to the Incubator.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Settlement Report a report summarizing Revolver Loans and participations in LC Obligations outstanding as of a given settlement date, allocated to Lenders on a Pro Rata basis in accordance with their Revolver Commitments.
