Phase One Property definition

Phase One Property means the property that is the subject of a phase one environmental site assessment;
Phase One Property means and refer to the real property described on Exhibit "A" attached to this Master Declaration.
Phase One Property means that certain portion of the Property subject to the Phase One PSA.

Examples of Phase One Property in a sentence

  • Phase Two Owner agrees to exercise the easement rights created hereby in a manner which will not unreasonably interfere with the operation of Phase One Owner’s business upon the Phase One Property.

  • So long as any mortgage loan remains outstanding with respect to the Phase One Property or the Phase Two Property, or any amounts are owed to the holder(s) of such mortgages, such holder(s) shall be deemed an intended third-party beneficiary hereof and entitled to enforce the provisions hereof.

  • Unless additions or deletions are approved or required by City, for purposes of this Agreement, the Phase One Property (or “Property”) shall be that certain real property consisting of approximately 10 acres located either to the north or south side of High Tech High in the City of Chula Vista and more particularly shown on Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Must identify and describe relationships to CRP Area Plan land use patterns anticipated for portions of the Development Footprint outside of the Development Phase One Property so as to allow Developer to satisfy its obligation pursuant to Section 6(c) to upsize Backbone Infrastructure to accommodate future phases of development outside the Development Phase One Property.

  • As noted in Section 3 above, the particulars of the project to be developed on the Development Phase One Property will be set forth in a Specific Plan to be prepared by Developer, at its sole cost and expense.

  • Accordingly, the parties further acknowledge that the Purchase Agreement establishes a Purchase Price for the Phase One Property at $1,950,000.00 or $10,000.00 per residential housing unit approved by the Seller.

  • A lift station and related equipment are located on the Phase One Property (the “Lift Station”), which Lift Station will be operated and maintained by the Phase One Owner, and will service both the Phase One Property and the Phase Two Property.

  • The death of any person or any accident, injury, loss or damage whatsoever caused to any person or to the property of any person that shall occur in or around the Development Phase One Property, including any portions of the EDC property, the PBC property, or off-site improvement areas, to the extent caused by the act or omission of Developer, or its agents, servants, employees or contractors.

Related to Phase One Property

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.
