Lottery gaming facility definition

Lottery gaming facility means that portion of a building used for the purposes of operating, managing and maintaining lottery facility games.
Lottery gaming facility means (i) that portion of the Lottery Gaming Enterprise used for the purposes of operating, managing and maintaining Lottery Facility Games, as more fully described in the Application for Lottery Gaming Facility Manager filed by Manager with the Kansas Lottery or (ii) a temporary facility for the purposes of operating, managing and maintaining Lottery Facility Games as approved by the Executive Director.
Lottery gaming facility means that portion of the building used for the purposes of operating, managing and maintaining Lottery Facility Games, as more fully described in the Application for Lottery Gaming Facility Manager filed by Manager with the Kansas Lottery, or temporary facility used for such purposes as approved by the Executive Director.
