Maintenance Notifications definition

Maintenance Notifications means communication from ▇▇▇▇▇▇, via an email to the customer’s designated support contact, regarding the date and time that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ intends to make the SaaS Service un-available. The customer understands and agrees that there may be instances where ▇▇▇▇▇▇ needs to interrupt the SaaS Service without notice in order to protect the integrity of the SaaS Service due to security issues, virus attacks, spam issues or other unforeseen circumstances. ◼ “Maintenance Time” means the time period during which the SaaS Service may not be available each month so that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ can perform routine maintenance as needed to maximize performance.
Maintenance Notifications means communication from PakEnergy, via an email to the customer’s designated support contact, regarding the date and time that PakEnergy intends to make the PakEnergy Cloud Service un-available. The customer understands and agrees that there may be instances where PakEnergy needs to interrupt the PakEnergy Cloud Service without notice in order to protect the integrity of the PakEnergy Cloud Service due to security issues, virus attacks, spam issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
Maintenance Notifications means notifications provided by Vendor to CTS for all maintenance occurring that could have an impact to Vendor services purchased by CTS. The notification at a minimum contains description, timeframe, reason for maintenance, and problem reporting procedure.

Maintenance Notifications means any relevant communication from HYBRID via an email to the Customer’s Technical Contact regarding the HYBRID SaaS Service including the date and time that HYBRID intends to make the HYBRID SaaS Service unavailable not identified in the Calendar. The Customer understands and agrees that there may be instances where HYBRID needs to interrupt the HYBRID SaaS Service in order to protect the integrity of the HYBRID Saas Service due to security issues, virus attacks, spam issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. This includes communication related to Emergency Maintenance, Regular Maintenance, and the Maintenance Window. “Maintenance Window” means the weekly period on Friday between 6.00 a.m. and 8.00 a.m. CET as identified in the Calendar to allow HYBRID to maximize performance. HYBRID has the right to permanently adjust the Maintenance Window through a Maintenance notification.
