Designated Support Contact definition

Designated Support Contact is defined as: for Customer Hosted Software: as specified in Table 2.1; and for Vocera Hosted Services: Any authorized administrator or user of the Vocera Hosted Service.
Designated Support Contact means a member of Agilos, technical support team who is capable of managing the End User’s Support Cases(s). Agilos may, in its sole discretion, assign an End User a different Designated Support Contact at any time.
Designated Support Contact means any Customer employee appointed by Customer who has been trained and certified by MobileIron to be a primary Customer contact with MobileIron for support services.

Examples of Designated Support Contact in a sentence

  • End User will provide Vocera in writing with the name and contact information of each Designated Support Contact and will notify Vocera promptly of any changes in End User’s list of Designated Support Contacts.

  • A Designated Support Contact should have an understanding of the Product components and features (such is as obtained through attending Vocera training courses), have a working knowledge of wired and wireless networks, and End User’s Operating Environment.

More Definitions of Designated Support Contact

Designated Support Contact means the Customer employee appointed by Customer as its primary Customer contact with TOTALCAE for support services.
Designated Support Contact means Licensee's employee who is authorized to contact the XACCT support center.

Designated Support Contact or ”DSC" means a single individual who is authorized on behalf of Customer to receive Technical Support Services and Updates only for a common version of applicable Ariba Products.
