Maintenance Pack definition

Maintenance Pack a release of or for the Two Impulse Software that includes the most recent Resolutions.

Maintenance Pack is a time-limited right to technical support and Software updates and upgrades which you may elect to purchase in addition to your Software license. Technical support only covers issues or questions resulting directly out of the operation of the Software. Syncro will not provide You with generic consultation, assistance, or advice under any other circumstances.

Examples of Maintenance Pack in a sentence

  • If you do not purchase any additional Maintenance Pack, you will lose the right to technical support and Software updates and upgrades as of the date your current Maintenance Pack expires.

Maintenance Pack means a release of or for the Two Impulse Software that includes patches and bug fixes. Normal Support hours: 9:00 to 18:00 CET on Business Days. Product life-cycle – Supported versions: Support Services will be provided to you in relation to the Two Impulse Software for the following period:
Maintenance Pack means a revision to the Licensed Software, that Swift provides to its customers, generally, whether on a routine or scheduled basis, in order to remedy or provide a workaround for one or more specific Errors. Maintenance Packs may incorporate one or more Hot Patches, and exclude enhancements to the Licensed Software. Maintenance Packs are subject to more extensive testing than Hot Patches. Maintenance Packs are typically designated by a change in the number to the right of two decimal points in the version number (0.0.x).

Related to Maintenance Pack

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.
