Any Equipment under a Support Plan or Software Support License that is moved to a different location at the Site, or to a different Customer site, shall be eligible for Support Services under the Support Plan or Software Support License if (i) the Customer gives Miraclon reasonable prior written notice of the Customer’s intent to move such Equipment, (ii) Miraclon agrees to provide support at the new Customer site and (iii) Miraclon is given the opportunity to supervise and inspect the Equipment during the de-installation, packing, unpacking and reinstallation of the Equipment to ensure that the Equipment is in proper working condition following the relocation; Miraclon’s actions cannot be interpreted as providing any guarantee for the Equipment. The Customer is responsible for all relocation and associated costs. 12 Cancellation of services pertaining to the Equipment and the Software.
Software Updates and Upgrades. From time to time Interspeed or a Third Party Supplier may make available Updates of Software Products or Embedded Software. Any such Updates with respect to Interspeed Products shall be made available to Cabletron for distribution to its End Users without charge. Cabletron shall resell only the most recent Update, which has been made available to it for any Software Product. In the case of Upgrades with respect to Interspeed Products, Interspeed may, in its sole discretion, either make such Upgrades available to Cabletron's End Users for no charge or at a special Upgrade price, or treat such Upgrade as a new Product which will be made available only on normal sale terms.

Rencore shall provide minor updates (commercially available to all customers, regardless of enrolment in the software assurance program) applicable to the software for which the customer is currently licensed, or major upgrades if the customer is eligible to receive them. The customer must be current in payment and have active software assurance in order to receive major upgrades.
