Supported Versions definition

Supported Versions means the current release of Software and the immediately preceding version of the Software for a period of twelve (12) months after it is first superseded.
Supported Versions. LTS (abbreviation for “Long Term Support”) Releases: means generally any release announced on Software’s website which is designated as a LTS and can include commercially released major new releases, modifications or enhancements to the same Software. The Support Policy covers an LTS release for 36 months. Any new version of the same Software as designated by a change in the number(s) to the far right decimal in version number is considered part of the LTS release. For instance if version 3.7.0 is released July 1st 2015, it will be supported until July 1st 2018, and any new versions like 3.7.1, 3.7.2, etc, will be supported until this July 1st 2018 date. Non-LTS releases: means commercially released major new releases, modifications or enhancements to the same Software which are not declared as a LTS release on ’s webpage. Non-LTS releases are not covered by “The Support Policy.” Platforms Supported: NT supports use of the Software only on the platforms specified in the Support Portal or in the Release Notes of a given release (the “Supported Platforms”). NT may make changes to the list of Supported Platforms from time to time when making new releases of the
Supported Versions means the versions of the Software supported under the Support Services as set out in Paragraph 2 below.

More Definitions of Supported Versions

Supported Versions. SCYTL’ obligations with respect to the Maintenance Services shall apply only to those versions of the Software that are within one (1) year time frame of Current Software Version.
Supported Versions mean Licensor’s Current Version and each version of the Protegrity Platform (i.e. Major Version, Minor as their associated Patches and Service Packs) (or respective product if not on the Protegrity Platform) for four (4) years from the announced date of general availability date of the ESA on the respective Protegrity Platform (or respective product if not on the Protegrity Platform).
Supported Versions means the most current version of the Software and the release immediately preceding the most current version of the Software.
Supported Versions means: the Current Version and any previous version of the Software for up to 12 months from the date that it ceased to be the Current Version;
Supported Versions means the current and immediately preceding Release of the Product.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Supported QFC has the meaning specified in Section 11.21.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • New Version means any new version of the Software that the Contractor may from time to time introduce and market generally as a distinct licensed product, as may be indicated by Contractor's designation of a new version number.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;
