Maintenance Report definition

Maintenance Report means the annual report to be prepared by the Borrower to monitor proper maintenance of the civil work(s) carried out under the Project;
Maintenance Report means a maintenance report which includes the information set out in Annexure D.

Maintenance Report has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5(d).
