Maintenance Report definition

Maintenance Report means the annual report to be prepared by the Borrower to monitor proper maintenance of the civil work(s) carried out under the Project;
Maintenance Report has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5(d).
Maintenance Report means the report to be prepared by Developer on a monthly basis, as required under Section 23 of the Requirements and Provisions for Work. Maintenance Work means all Routine Maintenance, Renewal Work and Developer’s Operational Services.

Maintenance Report means a maintenance report which includes the information set out in Annexure D.
