Maintenance Services Policy definition

Maintenance Services Policy means the commercial terms describing a Manufacturer’s standard maintenance and support offerings, policies and procedures for its Equipment, a copy of which is set forth in Attachment A to this schedule pricelist.

Examples of Maintenance Services Policy in a sentence

  • Should the Ordering Activity require that maintenance be performed outside of Regular Hours, charges for such maintenance, if any, will be specified in the pricelist or in the applicable Manufacturer’s Maintenance Services Policy.

  • Contractor shall have no obligation to provide Maintenance Services for Equipment that has been modified by Ordering Activity, is in disrepair or subject to any other exclusions as set out in Manufacturer’s Maintenance Services Policy.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Services Provider means a provider of telecommunications services or other services similar to the Services, including O2 or an O2 Affiliate or any direct or indirect supplier of O2 or an O2 Affiliate;

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.
