Maintenance of the Facility. Seller shall comply with Law and Prudent Operating Practice relating to the operation and maintenance of the Facility and the generation and sale of Product.
Maintenance of the Facility. (a) Seller shall inspect, maintain and repair the Facility, and any portion thereof, in accordance with applicable Prudent Operating Practices. Seller shall maintain and deliver maintenance and repair records of the Facility to Buyer’s scheduling representative upon request.
(b) Seller shall promptly make all necessary repairs to the Facility, and any portion thereof, and take all actions necessary in order to provide the Product to Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (and, at a minimum, the Performance Guarantees).
Maintenance of the Facility. At all times during the period of use, Licensee shall maintain the condition of the Facility as when LSC made them available to Licensee and shall keep the facility neat, clean, sanitary and in a safe condition. Licensee shall not damage or cause any damage to the Facility and Licensee shall not allow any of the Licensee Parties to damage or cause damage to the Facility. In addition, Licensee shall not permit any of the Licensee Parties to make any alterations to the Facility whatsoever nor any Licensee or Licensee Party to decorate or post any signs on any portion of the Facility without the prior written consent of LSC.
Maintenance of the Facility. Throughout the Term, the Company shall, at its own expense, keep and maintain the Facility, or cause the Facility to be kept and maintained, in good condition, repair, and working order (ordinary wear and tear excepted), making, or causing to be made, all repairs and replacements thereto (whether ordinary or extraordinary, structural or nonstructural, or foreseen or unforeseen), and operate the Facility, or cause the Facility to be operated, as deemed necessary and proper by the Company.

Maintenance of the Facility. Seller shall at all times maintain or cause to be maintained all Facility equipment in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations and Prudent Industry Practices and otherwise in accordance with this PPA or Interconnection Agreement.
Maintenance of the Facility. Concessionaire shall have the right to suspend receiving and processing of Paunch Waste, if required, for undertaking maintenance or repair of the Project or any part thereof. Concessionaire shall provide EDMC & Concessionaire of one week advance notice of any planned repair or maintenance work on the Project that will result in the suspension of the operations of the Project or a reduction in the capacity of the Project to process the Paunch Waste being supplied by any Concessionaire, provided however, no such notice would be required in the event of any unplanned repair or maintenance caused by an emergency or accident or Force Majeure or any such unforeseeable event. Tentative maintenance schedule shall be provided to EDMC & any such Operator every year in January month of each year. However, during the repair and maintenance work, EDMC will continue to supply entire Paunch Waste Generated at GSH, which shall be either reserved or disposed by the Concessionaire by its own means.
