Major Vendors definition

Major Vendors means each of the Vendors that fall in any of the following categories: (w) the suppliers of ingredients used in the Company’s top 10 selling tea blends, (x) the top 10 suppliers of ingredients used in the Company’s tea blends on the basis of amounts paid by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the four consecutive fiscal quarter period ended October 28, 2012, (y) the top 10 tea blenders engaged by the Company on the basis of amounts paid by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the four consecutive fiscal quarter period ended October 28, 2012 and (z) the top 10 suppliers of merchandise on the basis of amounts paid by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the four consecutive fiscal quarter period ended October 28, 2012.
Major Vendors means Novacap TMT IV, L.P., Novacap International TMT IV, L.P., NVC TMT IV, L.P. and 2157996 Alberta Ltd. (successor to 1165437 Alberta Ltd.)
Major Vendors has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).

Examples of Major Vendors in a sentence

  • Within five (5) Days after receipt of Contractor’s proposal, the Company’s Representative shall have the right to advise Contractor of any such potential Major Vendors to which it reasonably objects, together with the reasons for objection.

  • Contractor shall and will cause its Major Vendors to supply Owners with reasonable information requested by Owners for qualifying air, water or noise pollution control and other equipment for exemption from or reduction in Sales Tax and Property Tax and for qualifying such equipment for any other Tax credits, refunds, reductions or exemptions that may be available to Owners.

  • The terms of State Street's contracts with Major Vendors shall be consistent with State Street's responsibilities, duties and obligations under, and not in conflict with the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, the Trusts and the ABA Members Collective Trust, including, without limitation, Section 12.07.

  • Plan for Subcontractors and Major Vendors This form asks for your intentions to utilize subcontractors and suppliers as a potential contractor for the city of Mobile.

Major Vendors means any contractor, subcontractor or vendor (or other similar contract counterparty) which has a contract or contracts relating to the AQCS Project with an aggregate value in excess of five million dollars ($5,000,000).

  • Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Prime Vendor – means any person (natural or juristic) who forwards an acceptable proposal in response to this RFB with the intention of being the main contractor should the proposal be awarded to him/her.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • T&Cs means these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • AAEC means "Appreciable Adverse Effect on Competition" as per Competition Act

  • Qualified vendor means a vendor who:
