Makeup Gas definition

Makeup Gas means any Gas taken by an Underproduced Party from the Balancing Area in excess of its Full Share of Current Production, whether pursuant to Section 3.3 or Section 4.1 hereof.
Makeup Gas means the volume of Gas an Underproduced Party is entitled to take for volumetric balancing, in addition to its Entitlement.

Examples of Makeup Gas in a sentence

  • It is hereby agreed between the Parties that the Buyer shall offtake all quantities of Makeup Gas as per this Clause 4.3 before the expiry of the Recovery Period.

Related to Makeup Gas

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Residue Gas means the residue remaining after raw gas has been subjected to any or all of the following permissible processes:

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Seasonal high water table means the level below the natural surface of the ground to which water seasonally rises in the soil in most years.
