Management Areas definition

Management Areas means [all parts of the Estate (other than a Plot) provided or intended for the common use and/or benefit of the owners or occupiers of the Estate or any of them including without limitation all parts of the Estate the subject of the [Estate Services].
Management Areas means a part of the Building used for administration, security, building management and/or control maintained by the Landlord for the purposes of managing the Building and/or Premises and providing the services.
Management Areas means all parts of the Estate (including but not limited to roads, parking courtyards and landscaping and visitor spaces, electric car charging points and works of public art) (other than a Plot) as are not adopted by a local authority under the Local Government Act 1972 or a highway authority under the Highways Act 1980 and are provided or intended for the common use and/or benefit of the owners or occupiers of all of the Estate or any of them including without limitation all parts of the Estate the subject of the Estate Services.

Examples of Management Areas in a sentence

  • The supplement and more detailed maps of Special Management Areas will be provided to all command centers and to appropriate local suppression units.

Related to Management Areas

  • Agreement Area means the area to which this NSHA applies, being the land and waters described in Schedule 3.

  • Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
