Management Employment Agreement definition

Management Employment Agreement means the existing or superseding employment contracts agreed to between Seller's senior management and Buyer.

Management Employment Agreement means the executive management employment agreement to be entered into at Closing between Purchaser and Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx in the form as mutually agreed upon between Purchaser and Xx. Xxxxxxxxx.
