Management Employment Agreements definition

Management Employment Agreements means, collectively, the employment agreements between the Debtors and the Debtors’ Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the forms agreed to and in effect on the Petition Date.
Management Employment Agreements means those management employment agreements by and between any Debtor and such Debtor’s employees existing and effective as of the Petition Date.

More Definitions of Management Employment Agreements

Management Employment Agreements means the Employment Agreements between Parent and each of Dxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Hxxxxx Xxxxxx and Sxxxxx Xxxx, in form and substance mutually agreed upon by Parent, Target and each such individual.
Management Employment Agreements means all employment agreements between any one or more of the Debtors and any management employee of Legacy Reserves in the form agreed to and in effect on the Petition Date, as amended on terms acceptable to the Debtor and the Plan Sponsor as of the Effective Date.
Management Employment Agreements means those management employment agreements by and between the Debtors and members of the Debtors’ current (as of the Effective Date) senior management.
