Managerial or Executive Position means a managerial or executive position at a Club (other than a Caretaker Managerial Position), which term includes a manager, assistant manager, head coach, player/manager, player/assistant manager, player/head coach, director of football or any other managerial or executive position at a Club which in any way could conflict with the proper performance of his or her relevant PFA duties;

Examples of Managerial or Executive Position in a sentence

  • If a Delegate is appointed to a Managerial or Executive Position, he/she shall automatically cease to hold office as a Delegate.

  • Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).

  • Associated Company means any legal entity of which a person or company has direct or indirect Control and only as long as a person or company maintains direct or indirect Control.
