Mandatory Liquidity Required Amount definition

Mandatory Liquidity Required Amount means an amount equal to the amount which is at such time required to be maintained by the CBC to ensure compliance with Article 40k of the Decree after taking into account any amounts standing to the credit of the Reserve Account, as permitted to be taken into account pursuant to Article 40k of the Decree and any other amounts (whether held or generated and) permitted to be taken into account pursuant to Article 40k of the Decree (in each case all as calculated on each relevant Calculation Date for the relevant period prescribed by Article 40k of the Decree).
Mandatory Liquidity Required Amount means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount which is at such time required to be maintained by the CBC to ensure compliance with article 40k of the Decree after taking into account any (other) amount standing to the credit of the AIC Account at such time as permitted to be taken into account pursuant to article 40k of the Decree and such other amounts (whether held or generated and) permitted to be taken into account pursuant to article 40k of the Decree, (in each case all as calculated on each relevant Calculation Date for the relevant period prescribed by article 40k of the Decree).".
