Market Service Order definition

Market Service Order shall have the meaning set forth under the caption "Ordering Procedures" on Attachment 2.
Market Service Order means any Customer Market Service Order accepted by Supplier. An "OC-3c" is a signal based on the SONET frame structure as specified in Bellcore GR-253-CORE, Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) Transport Systems: Common Criteria Physical Layer, and ANSI T1.105, Digital Hierarchy-Optical Interface Rates and Formats Specifications. An "OC-12c" is a signal based on the SONET frame structure as specified in Bellcore GR-253-CORE, Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) Transport Systems: Common Criteria Physical Layer, and ANSI T1.105, Digital Hierarchy-Optical Interface Rates and Formats Specifications. An "OC-12c Unprotected (1+0)" - 655 megabits Lambda - is the ANSI SONET transmission standard for high capacity optical telecommunications with line rate of 655 megabits per second in unprotected configuration, as specified in Bellcore GR-253-CORE. An "OC-48c" is a signal based on the SONET frame structure as specified in Bellcore GR-253-CORE, Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) Transport Systems: Common Criteria Physical Layer, and ANSI T1.105, Digital Hierarchy-Optical Interface Rates and Formats Specifications. An "OC-48c Unprotected (1+0)" - 2.5 gigabits Lambda - is the ANSI SONET transmission standard for high capacity optical telecommunications with line rate of 2.5 gigabits per second in unprotected configuration, as specified in Bellcore GR-253-CORE. "On-Net" means a Circuit(s) provided on Supplier's network between two cities. "Requested Service Date" means the date Service on a Circuit is requested to commence specified in the applicable Market Service Order. "Service" means transmission service provided between North American DSX standard cross-connect panels located in Supplier's terminal locations or when provided via Broadwing LDX Optical cross-connect panels located in Supplier's terminal locations. "Unprotected (1+0)" refers to an unprotected Circuit, which operates without redundant electronics and will have an annual system availability of ninety-nine percent (99%) or better. The Customer interface consists of a transmit and receive two (2) fiber interface for a working (WK) system.

Examples of Market Service Order in a sentence

  • If, in the Firm Order Confirmation, Supplier has made any change to the terms of such Service as requested in the Market Service Order, such change shall apply to such Service unless Customer objects to it by notice to Supplier within three (3) days after Supplier delivers the Firm Order Confirmation.

  • Supplier shall provide to Customer the Services, as per Attachment 1, identified in each Market Service Order that is accepted by Supplier pursuant to a Firm Order Confirmation subject to the terms and conditions of such Firm Order Confirmation and this Agreement, all as more fully set forth in Attachment 2.

  • Customer shall request a Service by forwarding to Supplier, by facsimile or such other means as Supplier may designate, a written request for such Service (a "Market Service Order") in substantially the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A with all of the information requested by such form completed in full.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Supplier shall not be required to make any inquiry into the authority of or validity of any actions taken by any person executing or delivering this Agreement or any Market Service Order or Firm Order Confirmation on behalf of Customer if Supplier reasonably believes that such person has the authority to take such actions.

  • ACCESS TRANSPORT SERVICES.Supplier shall provide to Customer the Services identified in each Market Service Order that is accepted by Supplier pursuant to a Firm Order Confirmation subject to the terms and conditions of such Firm Order Confirmation and this Agreement, all as more fully set forth in Attachment 2.

  • Each Market Service Order for Service hereunder shall set forth a Circuit Lease Term.

  • The rates for Service are set forth in Exhibit A, unless otherwise specified and agreed to in the applicable Market Service Order signed by both parties.

  • All requests for Service shall be submitted on Supplier's then current Market Service Order form.

  • Effective on the Acceptance Date of the last Segment in the Service Order for the Initial Fibers located in the San Xxxx Market, Service Order 2 shall be repriced in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 (a), (b) and (c).

  • Supplier shall use its best efforts to provide Service for which a Market Service Order has been accepted.

Related to Market Service Order

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Out-of-service order means a temporary prohibition against driving a commercial motor vehicle.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available at http://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
