Marketing Content definition

Marketing Content means all advertising, marketing, promotional, sales and public relations concepts, press releases, materials, copy, concepts, plans, programs, seminars, brochures, directories, and sales and marketing campaigns or other information to be released to the public, whether in paper, digital, electronic or computerized form, or in any form of media now or hereafter developed.
Marketing Content has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5(a).
Marketing Content means any documents, information, or other content provided by or on behalf of Customer in connection with the marketing or provision of Customer Applications. Marketing Content includes trademarks, designations, and logos in the form provided by Customer to Siemens (with any modifications to optimize their viewing). Marketing Content is part of Customer Content.

Examples of Marketing Content in a sentence

  • Client (1) shall not deviate from nor modify the Pre-Approved Marketing Content, except as provided in Exhibit A, and (2) shall not make any representations or warranties regarding the Custodial Services provided by Trust Company (other than factually accurate statements that Trust Company is a provider of Custodial Services).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee may continue to use all Marketing Content that Licensee has used prior to the Effective Date, to the extent such Marketing Content is consistent with the Standards and Agreements, and will not violate any Standards and Agreements by such use.

  • Client (1) shall not deviate from nor modify the Pre-Approved Marketing Content, and (2) shall not make any representations or warranties regarding the Prime Services provided by Coinbase (other than factually accurate statements that Coinbase is a provider of Prime Broker Services).

  • If Starwood subsequently withdraws its approval of any Marketing Content, Vistana shall promptly cease the use, distribution or dissemination of any such unapproved items.

  • The Marketing Content Code image is used for any consumer facing code applied to the product.

  • Vistana shall not make any material modifications or changes to any Marketing Content approved by Starwood, without obtaining Starwood’s prior written approval.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Section 7.4 to the contrary, Starwood’s review and approval of any Marketing Content shall not constitute any judgment or determination by Starwood that such Marketing Content is in compliance with Applicable Law.

Related to Marketing Content

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.
