Customer Applications definition

Customer Applications means Customer’s proprietary application(s) (i) as to which Customer deploys the Software under these Terms and (ii) that are deployed by or on behalf of Customer in a production environment.
Customer Applications means Applications that are owned or licensed by Customer, not including any Third Party Applications, and which run on the Platform Services.
Customer Applications means any application or module developed by Customer’s Developers using Software into which Runtime Subsystems’ headers and/or libraries may be wholly or partially integrated.

Examples of Customer Applications in a sentence

  • As between the parties, Customer retains all Intellectual Property Rights in Customer Data and Customer Applications, and Google retains all Intellectual Property Rights in the Services and Software.

  • Customer is responsible for technical support of its Customer Applications and Projects.

  • Google reserves the right to investigate any potential violation of the AUP by Customer, which may include reviewing Customer Applications, Customer Data, or Projects.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any restrictions set out in the Order Form, Zuva grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable (other than to a permitted assignee of this Agreement) and non-sublicensable worldwide license to permit Users to access and use the Services and integrate the Services within the Customer Application(s) in order to provide services to Customer and its customers.

  • Development and/or exploitation of Customer Applications and/or Target Systems developed using such Software may require additional third-party licenses which are not included as part of the licenses granted herein.


More Definitions of Customer Applications

Customer Applications means applications and/or systems used by the Customer together with the Service, which are made available either by the Customer itself and/or to the Customer by a third party, and not by nor under the responsibility of Surecomp A Customer Application may include for example, ERP systems and customer management systems, which are being used by the Customer including with the Service. “Customer Data” means data and information submitted by Customer (directly or indirectly) to the Services.
Customer Applications means all software programs, including without limitation Drupal, Node.js, and Magento, that Customer uses on the cloud platform comprising part of the Subscription Services. Subscription Services do not fall within the meaning of Customer Applications.
Customer Applications means all Software, including, but not limited to, Third Party Software that Customer or Users provide, load onto, or create using, any Services. Services under this Agreement, including ORock Software, ORock Base Infrastructure, ORock Intellectual Property, are not included in the definition of “Customer Applications.”
Customer Applications means any applications developed by Customer to interact with the Services.
Customer Applications has the meaning specified in Section 7.2 (Customer Applications and Code).
Customer Applications means Customer Content and software that interoperates with Cloud Services, as made available by Customer to Users. Any Customer Application must provide value to Users which is distinct from Cloud Services. Customer Applications exclude Cloud Services, Software, Documentation and Siemens IP. Customer Applications include Self-hosted Applications.
Customer Applications means products, websites or other applications owned, maintained and operated by Customer, as further identified in the Order Form.
