Mass Casualty Incident definition

Mass Casualty Incident. (MCI) means an emergency medical incident with enough injured or ill persons to meet the requirements for scene and medical management as defined in Multnomah County EMS Administrative Rules, MCI Plan.
Mass Casualty Incident or "MCI" means any incident involving, or potentially involving, multiple patients as defined by rule.
Mass Casualty Incident means any emergency event that cannot be resolved through the use of the emergency resources that are available locally on a regular daily basis.
