Master Program Document means the document that sets forth the operations, policies and procedures of a given Coverage Program. J. “Member” shall mean any organization that is a party to the Agreement. K. “Memorandum of Coverage” shall mean a document issued by ERMA to Members specifying the type, amount and conditions of coverage provided to each participant by ERMA.
