Master Program Document definition

Master Program Document means the document that sets forth the operations, policies and procedures of a given Coverage Program.
Master Program Document is a document issued by the Authority specifying the rights and obligations of the Authority and the Members in the Coverage Program as well as the procedures and operations of the program.
