Match Fee definition

Match Fee means Remuneration paid to a Player on a ‘per match’ basis for participating in a Match.
Match Fee means any fee or charge, which is required to be paid by each player on a team prior to the commencement of a fixtured match in accordance with the Schedule of Fines - Appendix 1.

  • Enrolment Fee means the fee paid by the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) to cover all the administrative costs involved in enrolling a Student at the School. It is not refundable, and it is not offset against any other fees.

The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Construction Manager’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Construction Manager for services performed for the Project.

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.
