Match Fee definition

Match Fee means Remuneration paid to a Player on a ‘per match’ basis for participating in a Match.
Match Fee means any fee or charge, which is required to be paid by each player on a team prior to the commencement of a fixtured match in accordance with the Schedule of Fines - Appendix 1.

Examples of Match Fee in a sentence

  • Match Fee for regular season league play will be charged at a rate of $250 for 2012.

Related to Match Fee

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.
