Matching Shares definition

Matching Shares means Shares awarded under Part C of the Plan and which are subject to the Plan;
Matching Shares means the notional Shares credited to a Participant’s Matching Shares Account pursuant to Section A 5.1(a) and/or restricted shares issued to a Participant pursuant to Section A 5.1(b), as the context requires.
Matching Shares means Shares which are comprised in an Award.

Examples of Matching Shares in a sentence

  • Under the Matching Shares arrangement, selected executives may invest up to the value of 50% of their net-of-tax base salary in LSEG shares (Invested Value).

  • Tax exemption of the Matching Shares can be claimed where prior to vesting the employee confirms to Brambles their intention to hold the Matched Share for a period of three years or more after vesting.

  • The number of Matching Shares and Performance Shares will be subject to recalculation as a result of intervening bonus issues, splits, rights issues and/or other similar corporate events.

  • The Employee Matching Shares will be allotted after the expiration of a 3 year lock-up period, starting on the date the Employees were notified by Sobi of their admission to the All Employee Program (the “Lock-up Period”).

  • The participant shall not pay any consideration for the allotted Matching Shares and Performance Shares.


More Definitions of Matching Shares

Matching Shares means additional Shares specified in a Participant’s notification under Rule 2.6 and awarded under Rule 4.4;
