Matching Shares definition

Matching Shares means Shares awarded under Part C of the Plan and which are subject to the Plan;
Matching Shares means the notional Shares credited to a Participant’s Matching Shares Account pursuant to Section A 5.1(a) and/or restricted shares issued to a Participant pursuant to Section A 5.1(b), as the context requires.
Matching Shares means Shares which are comprised in an Award.

Examples of Matching Shares in a sentence

  • The Directors will notify each Participating Company of the amount it is required to contribute in relation to Matching Shares.

  • When the Matching Shares and Performance Shares are acquired, the employee receives remuneration for dividends paid during the vesting period and up to the date of acquisition.

  • There is a minimum service condition for the Free and Matching Shares that requires the participants to provide continuing service for at least 36 months from the date of grant.

  • The Trustees will award Matching Shares to each Participant on the basis set out in the application form.
