Maximum Design Flow Rate definition

Maximum Design Flow Rate means the maximum flow rate of Gas that a Receipt Point and Metering are designed to have flow through them and, in the case of Metering Accurately measure, as set out in Schedule One; Metering means the equipment at the location set out in Schedule One and complying with the Metering Requirements which measures the quantities of Gas injected into First Gas’ Pipeline at a Receipt Point;

Examples of Maximum Design Flow Rate in a sentence

  • Excessive Flow The Interconnected Party agrees that it will not take Gas, or allow Gas to be taken at a Delivery Point at a rate greater than the Maximum Design Flow Rate and, if it does so, it shall be liable for: the cost of repairs to, or replacement of any First Gas equipment damaged by that excessive flow; and the charge determined in accordance with section 11.11, in addition to any liability for Loss pursuant to section 11.12.

  • First Gas may curtail Receipt Point NQs that would in aggregate, exceed the Maximum Design Flow Rate of the relevant Receipt Point.

  • Should Governor Abbott lift the statewide disaster orders now in place prior to the date of expiration stated herein, this ordinance shall no longer be subject to enforcement by the City and shall be repealed by the City Council at the first legally posted meeting thereafter.Section 12.

  • Gas Injection Rates The Interconnected Party agrees that it will not at any time knowingly inject Gas at a Receipt Point at a rate greater than the Maximum Design Flow Rate.

Related to Maximum Design Flow Rate

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.

  • Peak flow rate means the maximum instantaneous flow from a given storm condition at a particular location.

  • Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.

  • Maximum Demand means the greatest demand required by a customer during a specific length of time.

  • Flow rate means the rate at which water flows through pipes, valves and emission devices, measured in gallons per minute, gallons per hour, or cubic feet per second.

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Maximum Drawing Amount means the maximum aggregate amount that the beneficiaries may at any time draw under outstanding Letters of Credit, as such aggregate amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Letters of Credit.

  • Minimum DSCR means, with respect to a Supplemental Loan, (i) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a fixed rate, 1.25:1, or (ii) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a floating rate, 1.10:1.

  • Maximum Mortgage Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the maximum Mortgage Rate thereunder.

  • Maximum Face Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the face amount of such Letter of Credit including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.

  • Maximum Interest Rate means the rate of interest that results in the maximum amount of interest allowed by applicable law.

  • Total maximum daily load or "TMDL" means the sum of the individual wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations (LAs) for nonpoint sources, natural background loading and a margin of safety. TMDLs can be expressed in terms of either mass per time, toxicity, or other appropriate measure. The TMDL process provides for point versus nonpoint source trade-offs.

  • Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon equals or exceeds 5.0%.

  • PJM Region Installed Reserve Margin means the percent installed reserve margin for the PJM Region required pursuant to RAA, Schedule 4.1, as approved by the PJM Board. PJM Region Peak Load Forecast:
