Minimum Design Flow Rate definition

Minimum Design Flow Rate means the minimum flow rate of Gas that a Delivery Point and Metering are designed to have flow through them and, in the case of Metering Accurately measure, as set out in Schedule One;
Minimum Design Flow Rate means the minimum flow rate of Gas that a Receipt Point and/or Metering are designed to have flow through them and, in the case of Metering, Accurately measure, as set out in ICA Schedule One; Nominated Quantity and Nominated Quantities mean, in respect of a Day and a Receipt Point, the quantity of Gas that a Shipper (or Shippers) request the Interconnected Party, where it is an OBA Party, to inject into First Gas’ Pipeline for that Shipper (or those Shippers); OBA Charges has the meaning set out in section 11.10;

Examples of Minimum Design Flow Rate in a sentence

  • If Gas is taken at a Delivery Point at rates less than the then-current Minimum Design Flow Rate to the extent that, in First Gas’ reasonable opinion, the Accuracy of the metered quantities at that Delivery Point is adversely affected, First Gas shall notify the Interconnected Party accordingly.

  • Warm-up times and lane assignments will be posted on the COSA website, cosaswim.org, at least three days prior to the meet.

Related to Minimum Design Flow Rate

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.

  • Minimum DSCR means, with respect to a Supplemental Loan, (i) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a fixed rate, 1.25:1, or (ii) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a floating rate, 1.10:1.

  • Peak flow rate means the maximum instantaneous flow from a given storm condition at a particular location.

  • Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • AMPS Basic Maintenance Amount, as of any Valuation Date, means the dollar amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the product of the number of shares of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding on such Valuation Date multiplied by the sum of (a) $25,000 and (b) any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period; (B) the aggregate amount of cash dividends (whether or not earned or declared) that will have accumulated for each share of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding, in each case, to (but not including) the end of the current Dividend Period that follows such Valuation Date in the event the then current Dividend Period will end within 49 calendar days of such Valuation Date or

  • Flow rate means the rate at which water flows through pipes, valves and emission devices, measured in gallons per minute, gallons per hour, or cubic feet per second.

  • Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon equals or exceeds 7.0%.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements.   • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point.   • Maximum Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any adjustable rate Mortgage Loan and any date of determination, the Maximum Mortgage Rate minus the sum of (i) the Subservicing Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate. MERS: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, or any successor thereto.

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study.

  • Minimum Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, a rate that is set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note and is the minimum interest rate to which the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan may be decreased.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Minimum Denomination has the meaning set forth in Article IV of the Debt Agreement.

  • Maximum Lifetime Mortgage Rate The maximum level to which a Mortgage Interest Rate can adjust in accordance with its terms, regardless of changes in the applicable Index.
