Maximum Hourly Rate definition

Maximum Hourly Rate means the greatest number of barrels of drilling fluids discharged within one hour, expressed as barrels per hour.
Maximum Hourly Rate means the highest possible Xxxx Rate (i.e., the rate not to be exceeded} that an Authorized User can be charged by a Contractor for providing Contracted Personnel to fill an Authorized User's need for a specific title/level.

More Definitions of Maximum Hourly Rate

Maximum Hourly Rate means the Rate proposed by a Proponent for Professional Services, and this is the maximum Rate the Supplier may charge the Customer for one (1) hour of Resources for the Term of the Agreement;
