Eligible Lease means, as of any date of determination, a Lease for a Property that satisfies all of the following:
Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement delivered concurrently with this Lease between the Company and the Issuer.
Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.
Rental Period means the calendar period during which Government property is made available for nongovernmental purposes.
Lease Term means the term of this Lease which shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the period specified in Section J of the Summary.
Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Section 7 of the Sublease.
Rental Vehicle means the “auto” rented or leased by the “renter” from the “policyholder” and described in the “rental agreement.”
the Lease means the lease of the said land to be granted by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to clause 2.1;
bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack, locker or bicycle stacker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:
Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.
Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.
Cooperative Lease With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the proprietary lease or occupancy agreement with respect to the Cooperative Apartment occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the related Cooperative Stock, which lease or agreement confers an exclusive right to the holder of such Cooperative Stock to occupy such apartment.
bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:
Concession Period means the period starting on and from the Appointed Date and ending on the Transfer Date;
bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;
this Tenant Work Letter means the relevant portion of Sections 1 through 6 of this Tenant Work Letter.
Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.
Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.
Master Lease This Schedule is issued pursuant to the Lease identified on page 1 of this Schedule. All of the terms and conditions of the Lease are incorporated in and made a part of this Schedule as if they were expressly set forth in this Schedule. The parties hereby reaffirm all of the terms and conditions of the Lease (including, without limitation, the representations and warranties set forth in Section 8) except as modified herein by this Schedule. Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.
Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.
Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:
Minimum Rent means the sum of Thirty-Three Million, Six Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixteen and 55/100 Dollars ($33,679,716.55) per annum.
Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.
Rental Expense means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of rental payments made by the Company and its Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis) for such period with respect to operating leases.
