MB Shares definition

MB Shares means collectively the Class A (MB) Shares, the Class A-F (MB) Shares, the Class I (MB) Shares, the Class I-F (MB) Shares, the Class R (MB) Shares and the Class R-F (MB) Shares.
MB Shares means ordinary shares issued in the capital of M&B at the date of the Scheme Meetings, which have been fully paid and such other M&B Shares (if any) agreed to by the parties as approved (if required) by the Court.
MB Shares means all of the shares in the capital of Minera Bienvenidos S.A. de C.V. owned by the Company;

Examples of MB Shares in a sentence

  • The MB Shares may be issued only to individuals and to RRSPs and TFSAs who, at the time of subscribing for such shares, meet all conditions of the Manitoba Act.

  • Investments in MB Shares made after the cancellation of the Fund's Manitoba Registration will not entitle purchasers to receive Manitoba tax credits.

  • Prior to the Scheme becoming effective in accordance with its terms, an application will be made by the Company to the London Stock Exchange to cancel trading in the Old MB Shares on its main market for listed securities and to the FCA to cancel the listing of the Old MB Shares from the Official List, in each case to take effect shortly after the Scheme Effective Date.

  • Upon completion of the Proposed Consolidation, the issued and paid-up share capital of MB shall be RM9,955,110 comprising 39,820,438 MB Shares (“Proposed Consolidation”).

Related to MB Shares

  • B Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in Euro(s);

  • A Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in US Dollars;

  • Series B Shares means the shares of Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, of the Company.

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Company;

  • Company Shares has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Class B Shares means the Class B ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class B Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Newco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Newco;

  • Amalco Shares means common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • Merger Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • Series B Preferred Shares means the Series B Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share.

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Parent.

  • VMTP Shares has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Unit Shares means the Common Shares comprising part of the Units;

  • A Ordinary Shares means the A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company;

  • New Shares means ordinary or common shares, whether of the entity or person (other than the Share Issuer) involved in the Merger Event or a third party, that are, or that as of the Merger Date are promptly scheduled to be, (i) publicly quoted, traded or listed on an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member of state of the European Union) or on another exchange acceptable to the Issuer and (ii) not subject to any currency exchange controls, trading restrictions or other trading limitations.

  • Coop Shares Shares issued by a Cooperative Corporation.

  • Shares means the interests of Shareholders corresponding to the redeemable securities of record issued by the Fund under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that are held by the Intermediary.

  • Sold Shares shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.

  • H Shares means the overseas-listed foreign invested shares in the share capital of the Company with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong Dollars;

  • Per Share Stock Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(a)(i).

  • Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Series A Preferred Shares means the Series A Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.

  • Series D Preferred Shares means the Company’s series D preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.

  • Subco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Subco;

  • Series F Preferred Shares means the Series F Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.
