M&E Plan definition

M&E Plan has the meaning provided in Section 4.2.
M&E Plan means the plan for monitoring and evaluating the Program that is developed and adopted by the Accountable Entity (as approved by MCC).
M&E Plan means the plan to measure and evaluate progress toward achievement of the Compact Goal and Objectives of this Compact.

  • Basin plan means the same as “water quality control plan” as defined in Division 7 (commencing with Section 13000) of the Water Code. Basin Plans are adopted by each Regional Water Board, approved by the State Water Board and the Office of Administrative Law, and identify surface water and groundwater bodies within each Region’s boundaries and establish, for each, its respective beneficial uses and water quality objectives.
