Measurement and Verification Plan definition

Measurement and Verification Plan means the measurement and verification documents prepared in a form capable of incorporation in Schedule Part 3 (Measurement and Verification) of the Delivery Agreement, prepared in accordance with the measurement and verification plan specification forming Schedule Part 2 to this Agreement; ]“Technical Schedules” to be developed/completed on a project specific basis - means the following technical schedules forming part of the Delivery Agreement:
Measurement and Verification Plan means the Measurement and Verification Plan attached hereto as Schedule VI as may be amended or modified from time to time.
Measurement and Verification Plan means the measurement and verification plan submitted by a Demand Resource supplier as part of the qualification process for the Forward Capacity Auction pursuant to the requirements of Section III.13.1.4.3 of this Market Rule and the ISO New England Manuals.

Measurement and Verification Plan or “M&V Plan” means the measurement and verification plan prepared and submitted by the Participant in respect of a Project and approved by the OPA each in accordance with the requirements set out in the Program Rules and Section
