Media Representative definition

Media Representative. ’ means a member of the written press or photographer to whom FIFA and the Local Organising Committee grants press and photographer accreditation to access any Championship site;

Media Representative any legal or natural person serving as an intermediary in the name and on behalf of the Advertiser within the framework of a written representation contract to purchase Advertising Space (for example an agency acting under an agency agreement). • Following the delivery of such notice, Polo and the Media Representative shall negotiate in good faith, and shall use their commercially reasonable best efforts, to resolve such deadlock, and shall include their senior management in such negotiation process.

• The principal office and place of business of the Company will be located at such place or places as Polo and the Media Representative may from time to time designate by mutual agreement.

• In the event that the Management Committee fails to agree on any matter as to which unanimous agreement of the Managers is required under this Agreement, the Operating Agreement or by law, and such deadlock is not resolved within 30 days of the date the Management Committee reaches such deadlock, Polo and the Media Representative shall use their commercially reasonable best efforts to resolve such deadlock.
